Another Trip…more new things!

A few months ago, we purchased a motorhome. It is the brand of motor home we looked at almost 35 years ago when we were out dream driving one weekend. We loved Holiday Ramblers then, and we love them now, #holidayrambler and we ended up purchasing a HR Rambler back in the fall. We lovingly call it the "bus." After our maiden voyage in the fall, we are back out again. on a month-long trip that culminates in Texas, observing the total eclipse on April 8th. Pretty excited.

This trip, I am much more prepared. I'm more organized with how we are storing things inside the "bus,"
what food and products we brought with us, what clothes we packed, and how and where we choose to stop.

In preparation for the trip, I ordered our snacks (including all my gluten-free stuff,) from Thrive and Misfits Market. In addition, I used my Plan to Eat app #plantoeat to organize a bunch of RV-friendly meals that I can prepare as we drive down the road.

I also purchased a book titled Small Space, Big Taste by Tricia Leach to use on this trip. #spallspacebigtaste Tricia, and her husband run a YouTube Channel called Keep Your Daydream. #keepyourdaydream

I've been working hard to make serious lifestyle changes, but in the past five months, I've been extraordinarily faithful and careful in the pursuit of eating clean and using clean products.

I must admit that I'm the one who used to roll my eyes about all of this "clean" stuff. But to be quite honest, I've been "unwell," meaning....not at death's door...but never feeling well, for years. And frankly, I'm sick of it. My determination to stay consistent with this clean lifestyle journey is very important because I'm just starting to see significant changes in my health.

So the picture you see is the first meal I've made on the trip. (Well, not the actual meal...but a stock picture of the meal I made because I forgot to take a picture. HA!) I'm pretty excited. PICTURE THIS: When we pulled off the road this evening and stopped for the night, dinner was ready and waiting for us. It doesn't get any better than that.
